国际商学院秉承“立德树人，追求卓越，心怀祖国，放眼世界‘’的理念，旨在培养专业知识扎实、英语实际运用能力较强的国际化复合型高素质专门人才。现设有会计学、国际经济与贸易、投资学等专业，主要专业课程采用全英/双语授课模式。学院系统地引进国外先进的课程设计理念、优良的教学管理模式，组建了一支由具有海外知名大学留学背景为主的骨干教师、英语强化课外教以及国外合作院校派遣的专业课外教所组成的国际化师资队伍。
学院营造浓厚的国际化育人氛围，提供多样化出国交流机会，已与英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、荷兰等国外多所知名大学建立了合作关系。同时，国际商学院已有多名在读外国留学生，是广东省独立学院首个招收留学生的国际化办学单位。
 The mission of International BusinessSchool (IBS) is to pursue excellence in business education and foster studentsinto global business professionals who have relevant knowledge ,Englishcompetency, moral characters while rooted in China but broadened with internationalvision. IBS offers academic programs in Accounting, International Economics& Trade, and Investments. Core business courses are delivered either inEnglish or bilingually. The full-time faculty in IBS includes nativeEnglish-speaking instructors for English enhancement courses, foreign academicteachers from partner universities abroad in addition to Chinese teachers withoverseas education background from prestigious universities abroad. Thesecapable and passionate teachers will bring their expertise and experience tothe classroom by delivering contemporary, applied and high quality courses tohelp students to succeed in the future.
IBS also offers diverse internationalexchange opportunities in U.K.,U.S.A., Canada, Australia and Netherlands. Besides,we have enrolled a group of international students from Southeast Asia, whichhas made Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology the firstindependent college in recruiting international students in Guangdong Province.
