Educational Objectives:

This program aims at cultivating pragmatic international accountancy talents by focusing on providing students with knowledge and skills highly demanded in the CPA job market. The study areas include theoretical and practical accounting, legal, regulatory and social context within which accounting operates, international financial management, tax, auditing and business law. By the end of this program, students will gain a solid foundation that may help fast track their career if they choose to progress into an accounting role, and pursue the CPA route in the profession.

Qualified students also have the option to apply for ‘3+1’ ‘2+2’ program to study at our partner universities abroad in U.K., U.S.A., Australia and Canada in junior and senior years. 

CPA Courses: 

Principles of Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I , Intermediate Accounting II, Advanced Accounting, Business Law, Taxation Law, Auditing, Financial Cost Management, Corporate Strategies and Venture Management

Other Core Courses: 

Cost Accounting, Accounting Computerization, Accounting Simulation Practice, Managerial Accounting, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Cross Cultural Communication

Career and Job Prospects:

 Students could pursuit further study abroad or pursuit career in accountancy, finance, auditing, taxation and management in accountancy professional body, private or public sector organizations.
